My background spans technology, quality assurance, UX/UI design and AI education. That mix helps me notice both the human details and the system behind them.
I'm currently completing a Master's in UX Management at FH Technikum Wien while teaching UX/UI and practical AI. I'm especially drawn to complex services—banking, healthcare and commerce—where clarity has a real impact.
